Invite your team
Admins invite people by email. Each person gets an access level and a role, which decides what their AI can do.
Before you invite#
- Only admins can invite. Admin actions need two-step sign-in.
- The Free plan includes one person. To invite your team, move to a paid plan in Billing. See Plans and billing.
- Set up the roles you need first, so you can pick one per person. See Roles.
Send an invite#
- Open PeopleIn the sidebar, open People and press Invite.
- Enter their emailType the person's work Email.
- Pick the access levelMember for most people. Admin for people who manage the whole workspace.
- Pick a roleThe Role is required. It sets which tools and actions they get.
- SendPress Send invite. You see Person invited.
If the email could not go out, you see a note to try again. Use Resend invite a minute later.
What they receive#
The person gets an email, Your sign-in link for Homla, with a Sign in to Homla button. The link works once, for 10 minutes. If it expired, they can request a new one at app.homla.ai.
After signing in, they land on a short setup:
- Connect a tool.
- Add Homla to their AI. Invited people start on the Homla CLI page, but they can pick any app.
- Run a test call.
Member or admin#
| Who | Can do |
|---|---|
| Member | Use the tools and skills their role allows. Connect and share their own accounts. Use memory and agents they have access to. |
| Admin | Everything a member can, plus: invite and remove people, create roles, billing, shared company accounts, Activity, API keys, external access for guests, and removing memory items. |
Admins always hold the Full access role.

To give someone outside your company access, use guests instead. See Guests.
