Plans and billing
Every workspace starts on Free. Move to a paid plan when your team joins. Seats are per person, and agents never take one.
Plans#

Pay yearly and get 2 months free. For example, Team is $790 a year.
Over 50 people? Book a call for custom seats and a contract.
The Billing page in the app lists what each plan includes. See also pricing on the home page.
What does not cost a seat#
- Agents. They never take a seat.
- Guests from other workspaces.
- Your AI apps. Your Claude or ChatGPT plan stays as it is. Homla does not charge for AI use.
An always-on cloud box for agents is extra: $25, $50 or $100 a month.
Upgrade#
Only admins can buy. Members see which plan the workspace is on.
- Open BillingClick the plan box at the bottom of the sidebar, or go to Billing.
- Pick monthly or yearlyUse the Monthly and Yearly switch.
- Choose a planPress Choose <plan>. You pay on a secure Stripe page, then come back to Homla. Promotion codes work there.
Add seats#
On the Billing page, press Buy seats and pick how many. The page shows how many seats you use out of your total.
Invoices and cancelling#
Stripe handles payment. To get an invoice, change or cancel a plan, contact us at kevin@jollycommerce.io. A self-serve screen for this is not in the app yet.
