Introducing Homla

The Homla team5 min read

You pay for AI for everyone. Two people get results.

If you run a team of 5 to 50 people, you have probably seen this. A couple of people are great with Claude or ChatGPT. They have prompts that work and a way of doing things. Everyone else tried it, got something generic, and went back to the old way.

Homla is built to fix that. Here is what it is, who it is for and what is inside. Then what it costs, and how to start.

The problem we kept seeing

The models are good enough. What holds teams back is where the good work lives. Usually in one person's seat.

  • The know-how sits in one chat. Someone wrote the perfect refund reply. It lives in their chat history. Nobody else can use it.
  • Everyone explains the business again. Your clients, your tone, last week's decision. Your people paste it into every new chat.
  • Most seats barely get used. Two power users get great results. The rest got stuck.
  • Access is a mess. People connect AI to the shop or the inbox with shared logins. Nobody knows who can reach what.

The research says the same. Gallup found that "While 44% of employees say their organization has begun integrating AI, only 22% say their organization has communicated a clear plan or strategy for doing so." That is from their June 2025 survey.

People are not short of AI. They are short of a shared place for the work they do with it.

What Homla is

Homla is one shared home for how your team uses AI. Save a playbook or a client detail once. Then everyone's Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor uses it.

Nothing changes for your team. They keep the AI they already use. Marketing can stay on ChatGPT. Developers can stay on Cursor or Claude Code. Their AI just knows your playbooks and clients now. It reaches your tools with that person's access only.

It works in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and more, with a guided setup for 12 AI apps.

Who it is for

Homla is for owners and founders of teams of about 5 to 50 people. Agencies, ecommerce brands, studios and service businesses. You pay for the AI seats, and you want the whole team to get good with it.

You don't need a developer. You connect each tool in the browser, with a guide for each step. Then each person opens a page for their AI app and signs in.

The four rooms

Homla has four parts. We call them rooms, because they are where your team's work lives.

Skills: your best person's way, for everyone

Save how your team does a job, like a refund reply or a client report. Say "save this as a skill" in Claude or Codex. Everyone's AI can use it by name, including the new hire on day one.

Fix a skill once and everyone gets the fix. Every version is kept, so you can bring back an old one. Lock a folder to chosen roles, so finance playbooks stay with finance. No more eight copies of the same prompt, all a bit different. Explore skills.

Memory: tell it once, nobody repeats it

Client details, decisions, the way you do things. Ask your AI to remember them from any chat. They are saved for the whole team. Next time anyone asks, their AI checks this memory first.

When something changes, the new fact replaces the old one. Each change is logged. You can also save rules like "refunds over $200 go to a person". The AI gets the rule right before it acts. Explore memory.

Access: each person gets only their access

Connect your tools once. Shopify, Outlook, Teams, Linear, GitHub, Figma, PennyLane and more. Any other tool with an MCP server, a standard plug for AI, connects by its link.

Then decide, tool by tool, what each person's AI can see or change. Logins are stored encrypted and never shown again. Nobody on the team sees a password. Give a freelancer access until the job ends. Remove them and it's gone within 30 seconds.

Nothing changes without a yes. Before the AI changes anything, it shows you the change and waits. Explore access.

Agents: helpers that ask before they act

Start from a template or describe the job in plain words. Pick its tools. Choose what needs your yes. It runs on a schedule, when an email arrives, or by hand. Every run is kept step by step.

Agents never take a seat. They run on a teammate's computer, or on an always-on cloud box. Explore agents.

What it costs

One price for the whole team. Pick by team size. Every plan has every feature. AI use is never capped.

  • Free: $0 for good. One seat, every feature. For trying it on your own first.
  • Team: $79 a month, up to 10 people. Extra seats $8 a month each. Includes a setup call to connect your first tools.
  • Growth: $249 a month, up to 25 people. Extra seats $6 a month each. We set up your tools and first playbooks with you.
  • Scale: $499 a month, up to 50 people. Extra seats $5 a month each. We set it all up and train your team.
  • Enterprise: over 50 people. Custom seats, contract and rollout. Book a call.

Pay yearly and you get 2 months free. That is $790, $2,490 or $4,990 a year.

An always-on cloud box for agents is $25, $50 or $100 a month. You only need one if you want agents running all the time. Your Claude or ChatGPT plan stays as it is. See pricing for the details.

What we don't claim

We would rather tell you what is not there yet.

  • We don't hold SOC 2 or ISO certificates yet. The Access page lists what is in place.
  • Memory holds only what your team chooses to save. It does not listen to your calls or read your meetings.
  • Homla does not replace your AI plan. It works behind the AI apps your team already uses.

How to start

Start small. You can try the whole thing on your own before the team joins.

  1. Create a free account at app.homla.ai/signup.
  2. Connect one tool you use every day.
  3. Save one playbook from your own chat. Pick a job you repeat every week.
  4. Save one client detail with "remember this".
  5. Invite one teammate. Ask them to use the playbook by name, from their own AI.

If it works for them, bring in the rest. If you want help, every paid plan comes with setup from our team.

Get your whole team working like your best person.

Start free. Save your first playbook. Everyone's AI uses it.
