Fees from your rate card in memory. Phase 3 includes the 10% bundle rule. Check before sending.

Paste your call notes. The AI writes the proposal in your structure, with your services and pricing rules from memory. It publishes as a private page you can send.

How we estimate the time saved: About 3 hours to write a tailored proposal from a blank page or an old one. Editing a draft that follows your structure takes about 1 hour.

Who it is for

Agency founders and sales leads who write proposals themselves. It keeps every proposal in your structure and on your rate card, whoever writes it.

Proposals were one of mine too. 12 hours a week just on quoting.

Skill
Name: Proposal from call notes

When I paste sales call notes:

1. Read our services, rate card and rules from company memory.
2. Pull out the client's goal with a number and a date, their problems, budget hints and deadline.
3. Write the proposal in this order: [goal headline, what we heard, what we propose, timeline, fees, why us, next step].
4. Propose phases from our service list only. Price them from the rate card. Apply our bundle rules and say which.
5. Use the client's own words in "what we heard".
6. Ask me before adding anything not on our service list.
7. Publish it as a password-protected page after I approve.

Never invent results, case studies or client names.

What stays under your control

  • Prices come from your rate card, not from the AI.
  • New services need your OK. The skill asks before it adds one.
  • You choose who opens it: a password page, and you can rotate the link.

Good to know

Proposals stay a person's job. This playbook removes the blank page and the copy and paste. Read every number before you send.
