Welcome email draft

Hi Paul, welcome aboard. We have everything except Search Console. Here is a 2 minute guide to add us. Kickoff is Tuesday 28 Oct at 10:00. Agenda inside.

Creates 4 tasks, sends 1 emailEditApprove all

The client fills one form. The agent builds their memory file, creates the kickoff tasks and drafts the welcome email with next steps.

How we estimate the time saved: About 2.5 hours per client to chase access, copy details into the tools, create tasks and write the welcome email. Checking the agent's work takes about 20 minutes.

Who it is for

Agencies that sign more than one client a month and onboard them by hand. Most of the work is the same each time, so a person mostly checks.

chasing clients for access credentials and brand assets. It drags onboarding from 2 days to 2 weeks.

The skill to save

Copy it into Skills, then New skill. Edit the parts in brackets.

Skill
Name: New client onboarding

When a new client's intake form arrives:

1. Save the client in company memory: name, site, size, goals, contacts, tone, rules and things to avoid.
2. Check the access list against what we need: [Shopify staff, GA4, Search Console, brand folder]. Mark what is missing.
3. Create our kickoff tasks in [project / list] from this checklist: [paste your checklist]. Set owners from the account team in memory.
4. Add one task per missing access, owned by the account manager, due in 3 days.
5. Draft a welcome email: thanks, what we still need with a short how-to, kickoff date, agenda.
6. Wait for approval before creating tasks or sending.

Never store passwords from the form. If a password was sent, tell the account manager to reset it.

What stays under your control

  • The client form is yours, and an admin approves it before it goes live.
  • No passwords travel by form. Access is shared through each tool, never in the form.
  • Nothing is created or sent before a yes.

Good to know

The client still has to add you to their tools. The agent only tracks what is missing and chases it in the welcome email.

A new client is set up the same day they sign.

Start free. Save the skill, connect your tools, approve the first run yourself.

  • Save the skill once, the whole team uses it
  • Memory keeps your rules and facts
  • Agents run it and ask before they act
  • Each person keeps their own access
