The Overshirt in M sells out before a new order can arrive. Consider a "back soon" note on the page.

Every morning, the agent compares stock with what sold lately. You get the items that will run out in the next two weeks, with a reorder suggestion.

How we estimate the time saved: A daily 10 minute scan of stock and recent sales, done by hand in Shopify or a sheet. The real gain is fewer sold-out best sellers, which we do not count.

Who it is for

Stores that hold their own stock and reorder from suppliers. It helps most from 30 products up. Sizes and colours run out quietly.

The low stock alerts are clutch too, saved me from so many sellouts that would've killed momentum

The skill to save

Copy it into Skills, then New skill. Edit the parts in brackets.

Skill
Name: Stock run-out check

Every morning:

1. From Shopify, get stock per variant and units sold per variant in the last [14] days.
2. Days left = stock divided by average daily sales. Skip variants with no sales.
3. List variants with fewer than [14] days left, lowest first.
4. For each, suggest a reorder using supplier lead times and minimums from company memory.
5. Point out odd sales, like one big order, that make a number look worse than it is.
6. Keep it to one table and one note.

Do not change stock or products. Report only.

What stays under your control

  • Read only. The agent has no tool that can change your store.
  • Your supplier facts. Lead times live in memory. Update them when a supplier changes.
  • Suggestions, not orders. You place the purchase order yourself.

Good to know

This uses Shopify stock. If your stock lives in a warehouse system, connect that tool first. Shippingbo is in Homla. Others can be added as a custom connector by their link.
